The scoring methodology takes into account five key areas that are relevant for the overall quality rating of an apprenticeship programme offered by your company. The five key areas are:
- Governance
- Recruitment and job transition
- Quality of training
- Quality of learning
- Labour conditions
Each of these five areas has a unique incidence on the overall quality of the apprenticeship and is therefore given a respective weight in the scoring procedure according to their importance and the potential for company intervention in these domains. These five areas are subsequently assessed by a set of yes/no and multiple choice questions that all together contribute to a maximum score of 100.
